Happy Open Mouse! – Cast Members Get Exclusive Look at the New Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort
We’re happy campers every day here at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort! On Friday, Fort Wilderness Cast Members got an exclusive look at the new Cabins at Fort Wilderness Resort – the newest Disney Vacation Club Resort – and gathered to tour the inside of the cabins with Ambassador Shannon… and were even visited by a few equestrian friends from Tri-Circle D Ranch!
Completely refreshed with a new modern look, these cabins may be the same size and footprint, but feel so much more airy and spacious because of their floor-to-ceiling windows and upgraded interior design.
The new cabins first debuted on July 1 and, over the next year, each of the 365 new cabins will be released in phases. Like before but with a fresh new style, the new cabins sleep six guests, and include bunk beds with new ‘sleeping bag’ bedsheets, a private patio, bedroom and spacious living room. In addition to the dozens of friendly horses on property, the cabins are also a great place to bring your pups!
